We are the only Canadians at New Hope so we had to make sure that many people knew that it was Canada Day. Christina, John, and I all wore our Canada Shirts and we made a Canada Flag Carrot Cake (WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING...mmmm...a very special treat!)
Although we had no fireworks our Canada Day was very good and we had some of our neighbours over for Canada Day Cake! We got a card from our next door neighbours saying Happy Canada Day!
All in all, it was a good day!
